The Jet Set Stretch Back Add-On can be combined with either the Jet Set Natural or Jet Set Bullet bra patterns to get the best of both worlds: the retro look of the bullet bra + the modern comfort of a stretch back band.
The Jet Set patterns are perfect for an advanced beginner. The instructions assume a basic understanding of sewing techniques, such as understitching, but an adventurous beginner could make their way through the steps with help from the sewing community or Youtube.
No prior bramaking experience is necessary.
This pattern includes a 22-page sewing guide specific for the Stretch Add-On, offering a detailed guide to choosing your size, making common fit alterations, and sewing the bra. Both print-at-home A4/letter and copyshop A0 files are included in PDF format.

• ½ yard fashion fabric for cups — sturdy woven, such as quilting cotton, thick satin, or canvas
• ½ yard lining fabric for cups — sturdy woven
• 1/4 yard firm powernet — ~240gsm
• 1 yard ¾” (19mm) strap elastic
• Two ¾” (19mm) slides + 2 ¾” (19mm) rings
• 5″ scrap of 1” (25mm) strap or fancy elastic
• ½ yard 3/8″ picot elastic
• ½ yard 5/8″ bottom band elastic
• 3×3 hook + eye

Purchase of the pattern includes a license for personal use, allowing you unlimited use of this pattern for individual, noncommercial purposes. Purchase of the pattern also includes a license for small business use, allowing you to use this pattern to create finished bras for commercial purposes up to 500 times. The included individual and small business licenses do not include the rights to print this pattern for others’ use, such as when teaching a sewing class.
