Shipping

Shipping options will be shown at checkout, depending upon the destination.

All orders will be shipped within five (5) business days of completed and cleared payment. In most cases, orders will be shipped within two (2) business days. Delivery depends upon shipping method and destination, but continental US destinations will generally be 2-5 business days after shipping; Alaska and Hawaii 6-7 business days after shipping; and international orders 14-40 business days after shipping. Specific estimated shipping times are available at checkout.

Shipping may, on occasion, be calculated incorrectly. If the error is in your favor and less than a $3 discrepancy, we will ship as requested. If the error is in your favor and equal to or more than a $3 discrepancy, we will contact you with options before completing your order. In this case, if you do not respond to our contact with your choice of option within five (5) business days, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. For overpaid shipping, we will either issue a refund or store credit.

Shipments to destinations outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, fees, import taxes, or similar charges assessed by the destination country. Sew Busty, LLC is not responsible for these charges.

Sew Busty, LLC is not responsible for delays in shipment that may result from customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed.

Returns

Sew Busty, LLC, does not accept returns, except in cases where products arrive in damaged condition. We do not purposely ship broken or damaged merchandise, and in case of this happening, we will work with you to receive a return and issue a refund.

Where required by law, Sew Busty, LLC will accept returns within 30 days of receipt for items in unused, new condition in original packaging. In these cases, returns take 3-6 weeks to process after receipt, and will be refunded to the original form of payment. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and will remain responsible for the merchandise until it is received by Sew Busty, LLC; please consider choosing a return shipping option with tracking and shipping insurance.
